Would you recommend starting an SGLT2i in a patient with a kidney transplant and moderately increased albuminuria?

I have no trouble starting an SGLT2i in transplant recipients with moderately increased albuminuria as long as they do not have recurrent urinary tract infections. If started the patients should be monitored closely for UTI.
