Would you start osteoporosis treatment in patients with low FRAX scores but have T scores lower than -2.5?

• Yes, I would treat any patient with T score of -2.5 or worse (regardless of FRAX score).
• Yes, but only if the patient also has additional risk factors that will worsen BMD over time.
• Yes, but only if patient is elderly and/or is a high fall risk.
