Would you stop a DOAC in a patient with atrial fibrillation who has tolerated anticoagulation but progresses from Child-Pugh class B to Child-Pugh class C liver disease with known risk for bleeding from esophageal varices and/or other hematologic risk factors (i.e. thrombocytopenia)?
