Would you switch from carboplatin/etoposide to cisplatin/etoposide in an LS-SCLC patient who initially declines cisplatin but subsequently agrees to it?

Excellent radiographic response to 2 cycles of carbo/etoposide.

I have never seen such a clinical situation before. My simple answer would be that I would keep the carboplatin and not switch to cisplatin. I agree with others. I see no meaningful difference in efficacy between cisplatin and carboplatin, and would not make any changes if treatment has been well tolerated to date.
