What would be the approach for radiation treatment of sarcoma of a finger?
There is a patient with a clear cell sarcoma of the distal finger. Patient does not wish for an amputation.
What is the recommended dosing, and margin? What radiation treatment modality would be recommended e.g. photons (with water bath), electrons, etc...?
