Are there any situations in which you would offer brachytherapy alone instead of whole pelvis RT +/- brachytherapy for an endometrial cancer vaginal cuff recurrence?

I agree with Sushil. I worry about local as well as nodal recurrences because the dose at depth tends to be low from intracavitary and it can be difficult to determine the depth of the CTV at risk for microscopic disease in such cases.
