Are there contraindications to growth hormone therapy in patients who have completed treatment for pediatric cancer?

• Yes - I try to avoid GH therapy in asymptomatic adult patients if they have any history of cancer.
• No - There is not a strict contraindication to GH therapy in patients with remote cancers that are in remission.
