Assuming that a lipoma is causing significant morbidity and there is not a surgical option, would you treat it with radiation therapy?

When I think of a medical decision, in my mind it can be approached from either or both a theoretical or experimental/clinical standpoint. Hopefully, most things we treat can be supported by both approaches:
