At what doses of steroids would you feel it's acceptable to either initiate or resume checkpoint inhibitors?
Particularly if steroids are used for non-immunotherapy toxicities (COPD exacerbation, brain edema, autoimmune diseases to name a few) -- when do you feel you are not compromising efficacy?
