Do you add ADT to RT for a patient with intermediate-risk prostate cancer with discordant Decipher and ArteraAI results?
For example, if a patient with intermediate-risk prostate cancer has a high-risk Decipher score (10 year risk of metastasis with standard therapy of >15%), but is low risk by ArteraAI and is biomarker-negative, would you add ADT to RT?

Traditionally, for intermediate risk, I have looked more at the Artera ST-ADT predictive biomarker and based my recommendations on that because it was specifically developed to predict which patients with intermediate risk would benefit from ADT, while Decipher was developed as a prognostic biomarke...
