The data on NF1 and malignancy is mainly with the transformation of benign tumors to malignancy with RT or new brain gliomas in the RT field. I am not aware of any such risk with pelvic RT unless cutaneous neurofibroma is in the radiation field and would not change management if RT is indicated.
