Do you measure drug levels (particularly hydroxychloroquine or mycophenolate) in your lupus patients?
Several speakers at ACR 2021 commented on the important role of drug levels in the management of these patients and cautioned against adding medications for presumed therapeutic failure prior to establishing evidence that patients are adherent to their medication regimen.
