Do you offer adjuvant radiation therapy for a breast cancer patient with dermatomyositis?

Dermatomyositis can be paraneoplastic syndrome because of malignancy including breast cancer. One of the treatments for it is treat the cancer which includes surgery and adjuvant RT. We treat with RT like any other breast cancer.
