Do you prescribe antifibrotics to patients with combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema (CPFE)?

The definition of CPFE is not very well standardized. CPFE commonly presents with upper lung-predominant emphysema and basilar/peripheral-predominant fibrosis.
