Do you recommend adjuvant pelvic RT for Stage 1 cervical adenocarcinoma?
In patients who don't meet traditional criteria for adjuvant chemoradiation from Peters (GOG 109) and < 2 high risk factors from Rotman (GOG 92) for adjuvant radiation alone, do you treat aggressive histology such as adenocarcinoma as an independent high risk factor to guide your likelihood of adding adjuvant pelvic radiation?

At M.D. Anderson we do treat histology as a independent high risk factor - but only moderately to poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas.
