Do you routinely send NGS testing from bone marrow samples in patients with unexplained cytopenia or cytoses?

For patients with unexplained cytopenias in whom I suspect MDS or MDS/MPN, I will often obtain a broad NGS panel for myeloid malignancy gene mutations.
