Do you treat subarachnoid neurocysticercosis with albendazole alone, or with the addition of praziquantel?

When treating subarachnoid neurocysticercosis, do you prefer to use albendazole alone, or in combination with praziquantel?

• I prefer to start with both albendazole and praziquantel together due to the potential severity of the disease and generally well-tolerated nature of both drugs
