Do you typically excise cellular dermatofibromas?

I don't see a reason to remove them beyond cosmetic reasons or patient preference.

I offer re-excision and proceed if the patients elects to. However, I also offer monitoring and inform the patient of the possibility/likelihood of recurrence if not fully excised.
