Does invasive pleomorphic lobular breast carcinoma broaden your indications for adjuvant RT?

For example, in a woman who is post-mastectomy with early stage pleomorphic ILC with ITCs in a sentinel node, would the histology push you to recommend PMRT?

I would not add PMRT for ITC and pleomorphic T1 or T2 disease.
