Does Oncotype score affect your decision to do regional nodal irradiation in a patient with early-stage breast cancer?

If a patient with early-stage breast cancer s/p lumpectomy is noted to have 1/3 SLNs positive for ITCs (and no other negative prognostic factors) would Oncotype Dx score impact your decision to offer regional nodal irradiation in additional to whole-breast RT?

For ITC, would not change based on genomic testing and treat like node negative disease.
