Does the alpha/beta of 1.5 for prostate cancers vary given circumstances?  

Does it matter if it is low risk, intermediate or high risk?  Can we presume that metastases, such as to bones or nodes, have the same alpha/beta? Does treatment resistant with ADT, chemo or prior radiation change alpha/beta?
