I don't think there are a lot of great data on this topic. In theory, it would seem to resemble a PJI that undergoes a DAIR procedure, although the differences in tissue blood flow/etc, might not make them entirely similar. But given no great data, I lean toward 12 weeks per DAIR in DATIPO to start ...
