For patients with recent post-delivery symptomatic ovarian vein thrombosis on anticoagulation, how would you approach periop AC management for upcoming procedures like D&C?

No concurrent or prior history of DVT/PE. On DOAC, like apixaban. Do you consider bridging with heparin if the procedure is within 30 days of the ovarian vein thrombosis and/or within the 6 week postpartum period?
