Would you consider prophylactic anticoagulation for May-Thurner syndrome in pregnancy if prior endovascular intervention has been completed?
On lifelong aspirin following prior endovascular intervention. No history of DVT.
Would the presence of other risk factors, such as obesity, change your decision?

In general, I have a very low threshold to initiate prophylactic anticoagulation in pregnancy.
