Have you routinely incorporated the use of steroids for patients presenting with severe community-acquired pneumonia without concurrent shock?

• Yes, I use steroids routinely for severe CAP with and without concurrent shock
• No, I do not use steroids routinely for CAP without concurrent shock, but may consider steroids on a case-by-case basis depending on certain patient-specific factors (i.e high CRP, severity of illness, etc)
