Have you observed any tumor flare on imaging or in tumor markers after adding palbociclib in patients with HER2/ER/PR-positive metastatic breast cancer (PATINA trial)?
As I have been adopting palbociclib for some of my stable triple positive metastatic breast cancer patients, I have been anecdotally noticing mild flare on imaging and/or tumor markers. Just wondering if others are noticing this or if there is any data to support?

I have not observed a tumor flare in my patients who started the PATINA regimen. However, I only treated a handful of patients.
