How are you incorporating the VR-CAP regimen into your treatment of transplant ineligible mantle cell lymphoma patients?

Is there a specific subset of patients where you feel this would be important to use over another regimen such as BR? Would you ever consider extrapolating the maintenance rituximab data for use with this regimen?
