How are you navigating approval of CPAP for patients with a high suspicion for OSA on chronic oxygen who are unable to complete an in-lab PSG?

Agree with Dr. Healy.

As you may know, it is actually easier (from an insurance standpoint) to get CPAP for someone who is already on O2, than to get O2 for someone that is on CPAP by Medicare rules.
