How do you approach breast cancer treatment planning for patients with tissue expanders that have magnetic valves or metal ports?

What dose calculation algorithm to you utilize (eg AAA, Acuros, etc)? Do you prefer a particular algorithm for certain sites? Do you take into account the algorithm when selecting prescription dose?
