How do you approach the development of your treatment plan when treating with SBRT for non-spine extracranial metastases?

Do you evaluate conformality indices or R50 outside of the lung? How many metastases would you consider treating concurrently? Does number of metastases change your recommendation for dose-fractionation? What is your preferred frequency of fractionation? Do you use any other factors other than local OAR tolerance to determine dose?
