Would you offer re-treatment for a right pelvic osseous metastasis from a primary renal cell carcinoma?
A patient presented with a large destructive right pelvic metastasis from renal cell carcinoma, and had prior EBRT (50 Gy in 25 fractions) to most of the right hemipelvis around 10 years ago and then SBRT (40 Gy in 4 fractions) to the right ilium 4 years ago.
If you would re-treat this region. If so, what is your dose/fractionation and contours?
