How do you approach the use of buprenorphine/naloxone in pregnant and breastfeeding patients?

There is absolutely no issue prescribing buprenorphine/naloxone to pregnant and or breast-feeding patients. In fact, that is now considered the standard of treatment.

Methadone is another excellent option.
