How do you approach transplant eligible myeloma patients with a partial or minimal response to treatment with 3-4 cycles of RVD?
After 3-4 cycles of RVD, would you automatically take the patient to transplant if he has achieved at least a partial response, or is there any benefit of deepening the response before transplant? If so would you consider adding another agent for that purpose?
