How do you choose between delgocitinib & ruxolitinib for patients with CHE?

Delgocitinib has broader inhibition (JAKs 1, 2, 3, and TYK2 pathways) compared to ruxolitinib and costs twice as much wholesale price, so I prefer to start with ruxolitinib. In reality, it's whichever is going to be easier to get insurance coverage for. If both are basically similar in that respect, if they have dermatitis in areas other than the hands, I'll do Opzelua for both hands and the other areas; if they only have hands, I'll do Anzupgo.
