How do you counsel patients on control of glioma-related seizures following radiation?

Have them carry Ativan around to dissolve under tongue if they feel one coming on. Aborts them and lets them call for assistance.

I suggest that the risk of seizures can be slightly increased but I don't routinely start anti-epileptics in my patients.
