What would be your radiotherapy plan for a patient with recurrent GBM (WHO grade 4, IDH wild-type) s/p 2 prior resections with no prior radiation?
Patient refused RT before but is now willing to consider it. The patient lives 3 hours away from the radiotherapy center. Is there a role for hypofractionated radiation in patients with good PS under the age of 60?
