How do you define close and negative margins for soft tissue sarcoma?

Did the publication earlier this year by Gundle et al. JCO 2018 (http://ascopubs.org/doi/pdf/10.1200/JCO.2017.74.6941) alter your concept of close margins? And did it change the treatment dose you prescribe to close margins for post-operative therapy?
