How do you diagnose and monitor the severity of drug induced pneumonitis?

Given the variability of practice habits when it comes to performing bronchoscopic confirmation of pneumonitis, are there less invasive tests you would recommend, aside from CT? Do you recommend repeating short-term CT imaging to assess resolution?
