How do you handle bullous skin reactions from Lamotrigine?   

Clinically has features of mucous membrane pemphigoid and also skin lesions on back appearing like pemphigus.  The patient has been on the drug for many years.  An exhaustive search for autoimmune disease or malignancy is negative.  Dermal antibodies have been negative.   Have you seen late reactions from lamotrigine?
