How do you manage prostatic adenocarcinoma after a subtotal resection?

Would you follow definitive or adjuvant/salvage treatment paradigms? Post-operative imaging reveals significant residual prostatic tissue and a stable dominant intraprostatic lesion. Do the pathologic details from the prostatectomy specimen change your management, for example pathologic T stage or a different Gleason score?
