How do you manage severe constipation in a patient undergoing head and neck radiation who can only tolerate a liquid diet?

Do you have a set escalating bowel regimen? Do you use peripheral opioid receptor antagonist such as naloxegol? How infrequent would you expect bowel movements to be in these patients not taking solids?
