How do you manage the neck in patients with cutaneous SCC who are at high risk of nodal disease but had a negative neck dissection?

Is there a minimum amount of nodes you would like to be removed before you omit radiation to the neck? Do you consider other factors when deciding whether or not to address the neck with radiation after a neck dissection such as the size of the tumor, grade, LVSI, etc?
