How would you manage BCC to the left cheek after only half of a radiation course was completed three months ago and non-operative management is preferred?

Consider a scenario where Mohs had initially been declined by the patient, and the radiation course (received 8 of 20 fractions) was held for three months due to a medical emergency.

Would you consider radiation to complete treatments after such a long break, and if so, what dose/fractionation? Or encourage the patient to undergo Mohs surgery?
