How do you monitor glucose in patients without preexisting diabetes who are starting capivasertib?

• Fasting glucose mid-week (day 3 or 4) week 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, then monthly
• Fasting glucose mid-week (day 3 or 4) every 2 weeks
• Fasting glucose monthly
• Fasting glucose on all capivasertib treatment days
• Check glucose each clinic visit on pre-treatment labs
• HbA1c prior to start of therapy, and q3 mos while on treatment
• HbA1c prior to start of therapy, and repeat only if hyperglycemia is observed
• Refer all patients starting capivasertib to endocrinology
• I do not have a standardized protocol
• Other
