1. 15 mm adenomatous-appearing polyp. Would you inject and remove with cold vs hot snare? If you inject, would you code this as EMR or inject and lift?
2. 15 mm serrated-appearing polyp. Would you remove this piecemeal with or without injection? If you inject, would you code this as EMR or inject and lift?

- I would inject and remove with a hot snare. It also depends on the location of the polyp. If the polyp is in the cecum, I would use a cold snare. I would code this as EMR.
