How do you select the concurrent cisplatin dose and schedule when treating locally advanced endometrial cancer with chemoradiation?

For locally advanced endometrial cancer treated with pre operative or definitive intent, we use weekly cisplatinum at 40mg/m2.

Just like @Dr. First Last, for most patients, I give cisplatin 40mg/m2 weekly as a radiosensitizer for definitive chemo radiation in uterine cancer. If the patient has poor renal function or is frail, then I will typically give carboplatin AUC 2 weekly.
