How do you treat a low grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma with unkown primary site?

If pathology review is done and all imaging scans including CT scan, PET scan and MRI have come back without a primary site, is it reasonable to closely follow or would you treat with adjuvant RT to the neck +\- potential primary sites?
