What features are used to distinguish anaplastic multiple myeloma (AMM), and what other conditions should be considered in a differential diagnosis (eg. plasmablastic lymphoma)?
Does the presence of circulating plasma cells (ie. plasma cell leukemia) influence your treatment choice?
