How does pathological skin involvement (i.e. nipple, epidermis) but not clinical skin involvement change your recommendations regarding PMRT in the absence of other risk factors?

Does that change if they received a skin sparing mastectomy?

Not by itself, as sometimes it is just a function of location rather than stage and biology but in conjunction with other factors, I do consider for possible PMRT.
