We use vismodegib or sonidegib for neoadjuvant treatment before surgery, sometimes in patients with extremely large BCCs or BCC nevus syndrome. We have also had rare cases of adjuvant treatment in patients requiring neurosurgery for extensive tumor invasion or metastatic disease.
